Terms and Conditions

Klarnio is operated by 13Venture. By using klarnio.com or app.klarnio.com you agree to these terms.
Questions: support@13venture.com.
What Klarnio does
You give us the address of a public web page. We read that page, analyse its marketing copy and its customer journey, and return a report: two scores, evidence quoted from the page, and on paid plans a list of suggested edits with replacement text.
What Klarnio is not
The report is automated analysis, not professional advice. It is our opinion about a page, produced by software. It is not legal, financial, medical or marketing advice, and it does not guarantee any result. Nothing in a report is a promise that your traffic, conversions or revenue will change.
You are responsible for what you publish. Suggested replacement text often contains markers such as [PLACEHOLDER] where a real number, date or fact is needed. We leave those blank on purpose, because inventing a fact about your business would be worse than leaving a gap. Before you publish any suggested text, replace every marker with something that is true, and check the whole sentence yourself.
Auditing pages you do not own
You may audit any page you have a legitimate reason to audit, including a prospect's or a competitor's public site. When you submit an address, we fetch and open that page on your instruction, as an ordinary visitor would.
You must not use Klarnio to audit pages behind a login, pages you have been asked to stop accessing, or anything that is not publicly published. You are responsible for having a legitimate reason for each address you submit.
Your account
One account is for one person. Keep your sign in details to yourself, and tell us at support@13venture.com if you think someone else has access.
Team plans include a number of seats. Each seat is a person, not a shared login.
Plans, allowances and payment
Free accounts include a monthly allowance of audits. Paid plans include a larger allowance. The current allowance and price for each plan are shown on the pricing page and in the app, and they are the ones that apply.
An allowance covers one month of your billing period and does not carry over. Running out means you cannot start a new audit until the period resets or you upgrade. Reports you have already run stay readable.
Payments are processed by Polar, who act as merchant of record. Your contract for payment is with Polar, and their terms and refund policy apply to the transaction. We never see your card details.
Annual plans are billed once for twelve months. Where a promotional price is offered, such as a founding discount, the terms of that offer are stated where it is presented and the discount applies for the stated period only.
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. When your paid period ends your account returns to the free plan, and the paid parts of your reports (the action plan, the fix prompt, the interview kit) stop being readable. Nothing is deleted, and subscribing again restores access. Export what you need before you cancel.
What you may do with your reports
You own the reports you generate and you may use them commercially: show them to clients, include them in proposals, and act on them. That is what the product is for.
You may not resell access to Klarnio itself, share an account, or use the service to build a competing product.
What we own
Klarnio, its name, its interface, its scoring frameworks and its prompts are ours. These terms give you a licence to use the service, not any ownership in it.
Availability
We work to keep Klarnio running but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime at this stage. Audits depend on third party services, including the page you asked us to read, and any of them can be slow or unavailable. If an audit fails we will not charge an allowance credit for it.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Klarnio, and our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and none of it affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that abuses the service, or that we are required to close by law. If we close your account without cause we will refund the unused part of your current period.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Klarnio after that means you accept the new version.
