Call PrepComing · waitlist

Walk into every sales call with three sentences from their own homepage.

Klarnio reads your prospect’s website before you meet, shows you what is not working in their own words, and hands you the fix. You open the call with something true about their business.

We will email you when Call Prep opens. No newsletter, and we never share or sell your address.

The audit already works. Run it on a prospect’s site now.

The problem

You walk into the discovery call knowing what everyone else read on LinkedIn.

Generic talking points go in, and “I will send you a proposal” comes out. The call that decides the deal is the one you prepared for least.

A copy audit from a freelancer or a boutique studio runs from $500 to $3,000 and takes one to two weeks. Klarnio produces one before the call.

That is the range freelancers and boutique studios charge, not one verified figure. The market is strongly bimodal and the cheapest listings sit well below this range.

How it works ( 3 )

Before the call, on it, and after it, from one audit.

  1. 01 · Before the callComing · waitlist

    Know them.

Your prospect books through your booking page and types their website. Klarnio audits it automatically.

  2. 02 · On the callLive today

    Show them.

Open with three sentences from their own homepage, why each one fails, and what it should say instead.

    VisualiseFAIL

    “Sound familiar?”

    Nothing yet to picture.

    FalsifyFAIL

    “…who finally know their numbers.”

    A crowd it never counts.

    OwnableFAIL

    “Simple, transparent pricing”

Any pricing page could say it.

  3. 03 · After the callLive today

    Scope it, then prove it.

The action plan is the scope of work. Fix it, re-audit one page at a time, and show what moved.

Why:A reader can check a count. They cannot check a feeling.

Pre-call brief

capitaale.com/en

1Who they are

Invoicing, flat-rate limit and tax tracking for freelancers and small companies in Serbia and Slovenia.

The page talks to an owner who hears about the 6 million limit from their accountant three weeks too late.

2Three sentences from their homepage

  • VisualiseFAIL

    “Sound familiar?”

It asks the reader to recognise a problem before showing one, so there is nothing yet to picture.

  • FalsifyFAIL

“Join the pausalci and companies across Serbia and Slovenia who finally know their numbers.”

It invites the reader into a crowd it never counts, so nothing in it can be checked.

  • OwnableFAIL

    “Simple, transparent pricing”

Any pricing page could carry this heading unchanged. The line under it, first charge on day 31, is the one only Capitaale can say.

3Open the call with

“Your hero gives three numbers anyone can check. Why does the page end on a crowd nobody can count?”

4What you would fix first

Final call to action, the last sentence before the signup button

Join the pausalci and companies across Serbia and Slovenia who finally know their numbers.

Join the (active accounts), left blank: the page does not state it pausalci and companies across Serbia and Slovenia who track their 6 million limit in Capitaale.

Why:The old line asks the reader to trust a crowd it never counts. The new one gives them a number they could check, and it ends on the 6 million limit, the strongest idea on the page. The blank is deliberate: the page does not state the count, so Klarnio does not invent one.

The full audit of capitaale.com/en is one click away.

Every quoted sentence was on capitaale.com/en when this brief was prepared, 25 September 2026. No scores on this page on purpose: the call opens on their words, not on a number.

A real brief on a real site. capitaale.com belongs to Klarnio’s founder, which is the only reason it can be shown here.

Where this came from

It started as four printouts, taken into four meetings.

Klarnio started as a feature inside our own agency dashboard. Before four meetings, two with prospective clients and two with partners, we ran it on their websites, printed the reports, and took the paper into the room.

We closed on the strength of those printouts. All four asked us to turn it into a product.

Call Prep is that workflow, automated: the audit runs when the call is booked, so the printout is waiting before you walk in.

What it will not do ( 4 )

What Call Prep will not do.

  • It is not a CRM.

It does not ask you to log anything.

  • It does not scrape LinkedIn.

It reads the website your prospect typed when they booked, and nothing else.

  • It never invents a fact about your prospect.

Where it does not know, it says so, and leaves a visible blank where a number would go.

  • It does not predict whether you will close.

    Nobody honestly can.

Questions ( 5 )

Five questions, answered before you join.

Is this live?

The audit is, today. The automatic pre-call brief is not; this list is how you get it first.

Does it read my calendar?

Not at launch. Your prospect types their website when they book. Calendar access, if it ever comes, will be optional.

Will it invent things about my prospect?

No. Every claim quotes their own page, and anything it cannot find is marked as missing.

What will it cost?

Not decided. People on this list will hear first.

What happens to my email?

We use it for one thing: to tell you when Call Prep opens. It is not added to a newsletter, and we never share or sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
