Klarnio is operated by 13Venture. In this policy, "we" means 13Venture and "Klarnio" means the service at klarnio.com and app.klarnio.com.
We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect
When you run an audit without an account. The website address you submit, the public content of that page as it is published, and a one way hash of your IP address. We hash the IP so we can count audits per visitor per day without storing a record of who visited. We cannot reverse it.
When you create an account. Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google. Nothing else. We do not ask for a company size, a job title, or a phone number.
When you subscribe. Your plan, your billing period, and a customer identifier from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Polar, who act as merchant of record.
When you use the site. With your consent, standard analytics about pages viewed and features used. If you decline, we do not load analytics at all.
What we do not collect
We do not sell data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not send the website addresses you audit to any analytics tool. Those are your prospects and your clients, and they are not ours to share.
Why we hold it
- To run the audit you asked for and to show you the result.
- To keep your audit history so you can reopen and compare reports.
- To count your monthly allowance and to stop abuse.
- To take payment and to send you receipts and service messages.
- To understand which parts of the product work, if you consented to analytics.
Who else processes it
We use a small number of providers, and only for the purposes above.

The page content we send for analysis is the public content of the address you submitted. It is not used to train any model.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for signing in and for remembering your consent choice. Analytics cookies load only after you agree, and you can change your mind at any time from the banner or by clearing the cookie. Declining costs you nothing in the product.
How long we keep it
- Audits and reports: for as long as your account exists.
- Account details: until you delete your account.
- Billing records: as long as the applicable tax law requires.
- Hashed IP counters: kept as daily totals. They contain no reversible identifier and we do not currently delete them on a schedule.
Ask us to delete your account and we delete your reports with it.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or the UK you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to privacy@13venture.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
Klarnio is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
